How Does It Work?
Each table is motorised and pre-programmed to last for 4 minutes. In that time the table will move automatically and while your laying down and putting resistance against the table your muscles will start the toning process. YES, IT IS THAT EASY!

 

How Often Should I Use The Toning Tables?
Each session will take you about thirty (30) minutes and we recommend that you do three (3) sessions per week. However we do have clients who can't make it for the 3 x 30minute sessions per week, so instead they come for 2 x 60 minute sessions and that works just as well.

 

Do I Need To Book In?
Yes, we require everyone to book in. It is just a 5 minute appointment block that we book in to ensure that when you arrive there is a table waiting for you. No need to wait around for a table to be free.

 

Is It Really Crowded Like The Normal Gyms?
Our Toning Tables are not run like a normal gym. We have decided to allow only 23 members per month, with a maximum of 133 members in total. So you can be sure that there will be a Toning Table ready for you and we won't be over crowded like some places.

 

Do I Need To Be Measured?
No, it is entirely up to you. We like to measure our clients so that we can see their progress.
